The Golden State Warriors are headed to the NBA Finals after winning Game 7 on Monday, however it was the sixth game of the series that will likely be more remembered in the eyes of sports bettors in Las Vegas.
Warriors’ star Steph Curry scored a basket with just seconds remaining in Game 6, but the points were mistakenly credited to Draymond Green, according to various media reports. It’s been chalked up to human error. The basket that led to the controversy can be seen below:

On Sunday, the day after Game 6, the NBA corrected the mistake, changing Curry’s point total from the contest from 29 to 31. That was a big deal, because in Las Vegas the over/under on Curry’s point total for that game was 30.5, ESPN reported.
Reports state that it’s unclear how the situation in Las Vegas will be handled, as it will likely vary from sports book to sports book and their respective payout policies.
The bucket for Green actually affected his over/under as well.
Also @DavidPurdum draymond green was over/under 13.5 and I went over, which initially had won with the error but lost with correction
