Erica Schoenberg won the $2,500 event of the Mandalay Bay Poker Championship. She outlasted 117 players to win $105,875 and 432 Card Player Magazine's Player of the Year points.

Anna Wroblewski, who exploded on the tournament poker scene last month at the Bellagio Five Star World Poker Classic took second. Her second-place finish this weekend was good for $71,540 and 360 POY points.

Jonathan Little, who is fresh off a victory at the WPT Mirage Poker Showdown, finished ninth in this contest for $5,725. He also got a bit closer to taking over J.C. Tran's lead in the Player of the Year race.
