If you are a poker player looking for action, you can find it right now at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut. The World Series Of Poker Circuit stop is now under way with plenty of large and exciting events still remaining on the schedule.
The $3,250 no-limit high roller, allowing one re-entry with 30,000 in starting chips and 40-minute blind levels, will start at 5 pm on Sunday, Aug. 27.
The $1,675 no-limit hold’em championship, with $500,000 guaranteed, will be a multi-day event with one re-entry per day. Play begins Friday, Aug. 25 or Saturday, Aug. 26 at noon. The starting stack is 20,000 and the blind levels are 40 and 60 minutes.
The $250 buy-in seniors event will have re-entries and the winner will receive a WSOP Circuit ring. This event will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 23 at 2 pm.
The $250 ladies tournament with re-entries will award a ring to the champion as well, and takes place on Friday Aug. 25 at 1 pm.
Other events include two separate $365 no-limit hold’em $30,000 guarantees with one playing Thursday Aug. 24 and the other one rounding out the circuit series on Monday, Aug. 28.
