Commerce Casino Announced As New Home of The 2024 World Series of Poker Tournament of Champions

$1 Million Freeroll To Run May 22-24 At The Los Angeles Poker Mainstay

The World Series of Poker has announced a brand new location for the 2024 WSOP Tournament of Champions $1 million freeroll. Series organizers revealed on Thursday, Mar. 28 that this year’s ‘ToC’ would be held from May 22-24 at Commerce Casino in Los Angeles California.

The event is set to be part of a WSOP Circuit stop at the venue, which is scheduled to run from Mar. 10 – 24 with 18 gold ring events. The 2024 World Series of Poker is set to kick off just days later on May 28 in Las Vegas.

“For years, the Commerce has been the home of poker in Los Angeles and one of the leading card rooms in the world,” said Senior Vice President & Executive Director of the WSOP Ty Stewart. “We look forward to kicking off our new strategic relationship with a special WSOP Circuit finale and the Tournament of Champions bracelet event. We also look forward to qualifying more players from Los Angeles for the WSOP main event than ever before.”

To qualify for this seven-figure freeroll bracelet event, a player must have won one of the following:

  • A live bracelet event at the WSOP, WSOP Europe, or WSOP Paradise in 2023
  • An online WSOP bracelet event. (Stateside on the Michigan, Nevada/New Jersey, Ontario, Pennsylvania WSOP.com clients, or internationally on GGPoker)
  • A live WSOP Circuit ring event during the 2023-24 season
  • An online WSOP Circuit Ring event held between June 2023 – May 2024

A list of qualifiers can be found at on the official WSOP website. There are already more than 600 players listed there, with more being added by the WSOP as they confirm relevant existing results and add those that qualify between now and the start of the Tournament of Champions.
