One of the biggest online crypto poker tournament series in 2024 is underway on CoinPoker.

The Crypto Series of Poker Plus (CSOP+) kicked off on May 5th and will see jam-packed action until May 26th.

After the success of its April CSOP rendition, the CSOP+ is now taking the stakes up a notch. In comparison to April’s $1 million prize pool, the CSOP+ has made a staggering $25 million in guarantees up for grabs.

This is one of the biggest prize pool in any online event in May, and the largest of any crypto-focused poker site.

CSOP+ Tournament Schedule

The $25,000,000 prize pool isn’t just the biggest of any online crypto poker tournament. It’s also a strong contender to the best poker sites such as Americas Cardroom, Bovada, GGPoker and Ignition.

CoinPoker’s CSOP+ isn’t only for high rollers and poker aficionados either. Casual players can also try their hand and give themselves a chance to win lucrative prizes.

Indeed, the CSOP+ will organize 14-18 daily events, giving ample opportunity to players of all levels to compete. Some of the events have buy-ins as low as $50, while others are premium $25,000 high-roller tournaments.

Players can check out the full schedule of the tournament here. Each Friday is a rest day.

The events will also be of a diverse variety, allowing all players to find the format that suits them the best. They will have options between No-Limit Texas Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, Regular, Deepstack and Turbo formats, along with Progressive Knockouts, Freezeout and 6-Max.

In short, CSOP+ is designed to be a true gauntlet, allowing players of all levels to battle-test their skills across a wide variety of games.

While the guaranteed prize pools are exciting, they are only part of the attraction. Several attractive overlays and promotions are expected to result in additional prize money.

For instance, the “Good Game 1% Admin Bonus” gives points towards free Grand Finale tickets, worth 1% of the player’s total buy-in. Specific thresholds such as 100,000 points can result in additional rewards like a free $1000 Main Event entry.

The CSOP+ Grand Finale

All the smaller events and tournaments lead to 4 main events on May 26th, the Grand Finale.

The 4 Grand Finale events have a combined guaranteed prize pool of $1.2 million.

The first main event will have a $50 buy-in, with a guaranteed prize of $12,000. On the other hand, the second main event ups the ante with a $200 buy-in and a guaranteed prize of $100,000. The high-rollers can enjoy the $1000 buy-in main event, with a chance at the $500,000 prize pool.

The fourth and the most exclusive high-roller main event will have a buy-in of $5000, with a guaranteed prize pool of $600,000 – the largest ever in CSOP history.

CoinPoker has also made arrangements for small-scale players who may not have the largest bankrolls. These players can compete in the biggest buy-in tournaments by qualifying via the satellite qualifiers.

With a plethora of satellite qualifiers scheduled every day, players can spin their way into the bigger buy-in tournaments worth up to $25,000.
