The Women in Poker Hall of Fame (WiPHoF) has announced the candidates for possible induction in Class of 2024. This year’s list includes some high-stakes pros, industry insiders, and those who have played and worked in broadcasting the game as well.

“This list of women are heavy hitters in the industry and deserve a nod for their hard work and accomplishments in poker,” the organization noted in announcing the list. “Close to 50 amazing women were nominated for consideration and after a lot of review, discussion and thought, the ballot has been set with eight fantastic women who are all worthy of a place in the hall.”

A Look At The Candidates

Voting for the candidates is now open and runs through Oct. 30. The living hall members and a media/industry voting panel made up of eight members cast their votes for induction. Each voting member has 10 votes total that can be used for one candidate or divided among several candidates.
