The 2024 PokerGO Tour Pot-Limit Omaha Series II is officially in the books, with more than $8.8 million in prize money paid out across the nine-event festival that ran from Oct. 14-22 at the PokerGO Studio inside ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas.

The latest PGT PLO wrapped up with a $5,100 buy-in bounty event on the final day of action. The tournament drew 84 entries, resulting in a prize pool of $420,000.

When the dust settled, Anthony Hu collected the final bounty of the tournament. This was Hu’s second career PGT title, having also won a 2023 PokerGO Cup $15,000 buy-in event. This most recent victory saw him walk away with the trophy, the top payout of $70,560, and $16,000 in bounties.

Hu overcame a stacked final table on his way to victory, outlasting the likes of two-time bracelet winner Bryce Yockey (8th), eventual series champion Matthew Wantman (7th), seven-time bracelet winner Daniel Negreanu (6th), ten-time bracelet winner Erik Seidel (4th), and bracelet winner Frank Brannan (3rd).

This win saw Hu’s career tournament earnings grow to nearly $2.9 million. This was his second cash of the series, as well. With 122 total PGT points, he finished just outside the top 20 in the festival points race.
