APT Philippines Champ To Play in Macau

Asian Poker Tour Macau To See $500,000 Winner; Manila Champ David Saab Confirms

The Asian Poker Tour today announced the recent winner of the Philippines leg of the tour, David Saab, would be playing inDavid Saab the next stop on the tour in Macau. Saab, who won $280,000 in June this year will play at the Galaxy StarWorld, Macau tournament, which has a buy-in of US$5,300, from Aug. 27 to 31.

The event has a guaranteed prize pool of $1.5 million and the winner will take home a minimum of $500,000 making it Asia’s largest ever guaranteed prize pool.
