The Venetian is considered the leader in paving the way for deep stacked tournaments in Las Vegas, and starting today, a new low buy-in event with large starting stacks will play every night.
At 7 p.m. the Venetian poker room will offer a $120 buy-in no-limit hold'em tournament that starts players with 7,500 in chips. Blind levels increase every 20 minutes until a final table is reached. The blinds then move up every 30 minutes. The following is the tournament structure:

The other daily tournament takes place at noon, and the same structure posted above is featured. Sunday through Friday, it is a $150 buy-in tournament. It also starts players with 7,500 in chips but blind levels are 30 minutes throughout the tournament. On Saturdays, the buy-in is $540 and the starting stack is 10,000 in chips. Blinds increase every 40 minutes.
