American Wins WPT Spanish Championship

Mark Flowers Lifts $388,453 at World Poker Tour Barcelona Event

Mark Flowers from Greenville North Carolina has won the World Poker Tour Spanish Championship in Barcelona topping a field of 160 players in the $7,400 buy in event.

He bested Per Sjorgen from Sweden heads up taking $388,453 from the prize pool which totaled $1.12 million.

The final table results were:

Last year the event was won by Casper Hansen who took down $655,720 for beating out 252 opponents.
