After a small turnout on day 1A, the World Poker Tour Bellagio Cup V $15,000 no-limit hold’em championship saw a much larger field in attendance for day 1B. There were 188 players that took seats in the Fontana Lounge at Bellagio this afternoon and that grew the field to a total of 268 players. The total prize pool for the event is $3,899,400 with $1,187,670 going to first. The top 27 players will walk away with prize money; here is a look at the full payout list for the Bellagio Cup V:

Michael Kamran raised to 600 from early position and Masaaki Kagawa three-bet from the button to 1,900. Kamran reraised to 5,600 and Kagawa called. The flop was dealt 9 7 6 and Kamran led out for 8,500. Kagawa made the call. Both players checked the A on the turn and the river fell K.
Kamran bet 12,000 and Kagawa raised to 45,000, leaving just 1,100 left behind. Kamran went into the tank for a short time and then made the call. Kagawa flipped over pocket tens and Kamran turned over A 10. Kamran grew his stack to 130,000 after the hand.
