The Spa Resort Casino in Palm Springs, California, reopened its poker room this week after a four-year break.
The room has nine tables and will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Each table has a shuffling machine and the entire room is nonsmoking. Plasma televisions surround the tables.
Spa Casino will feature progressive bad beat and royal flush jackpots, as well as two monthly freerolls. And soon, the room will host World Series of Poker satellites.
