London Poker Circuit Finds New HomeLondon Poker Circuit Returns After Brief Termination |

After a brief blackout period, the London Poker Circuit has returned to British felt.
The Sportsman Casino in Marble Arch is now the LPC’s new home, and action will get going again with the one-day event, the “Friday Fifty”, on Oct. 23. This weekly tournament will give the Circuit a nice kickstart with £5,000 guaranteed for the first event.
The LPC was terminated in September after its hotel-based tournaments received poor attendance. The company behind the events issued a statement claiming that its dissolution was due to financial circumstances and the fact that they were not allowed to have cash games or attract players for anything other than tournaments.
This new venue means cash games and casino games will also be available, therefore it is hoped that attendance will increase and the Circuit will thrive once more.
