December will be crunch time for the top five players in the POY standings as they all scramble to score points at every opportunity. Whoever is leading the race in late December will be waiting for the final POY contender to bust out of the World Poker Tour Five-Diamond World Poker Classic so that he can finally exhale and enjoy his hard-fought victory. Here is a look at the last-minute tournaments that will have large chunks of POY points available as the final days tick off the calendar in 2009:
