European Poker Tour -- San Remo Final Table Set

Maxim Lykov is the Headliner in Italy

Joe Cada Busted in 13th Place and Missed the Final TableDay 5 at the European Poker Tour San Remo no-limit hold’em main event welcomed back the final 24 players and by the end of the night the final table was set. The final eight will return tomorrow to fight for the the tournament title and the top prize of €930,000.

Team PokerStars pro member Maxim Lykov will take 1,495,000 into tomorrow’s final table but Joseph Cada fell today in 13th place, which was good for €35,000. The chip leader at the final table will be Rupert Elder with 8,005,000. Max Heinzelmann is also very close to the top with 7,885,000. Heinzelmann is appearing at his second consecutive EPT final table after he finished as the runner up in Berlin last month. Italians account for half of the final-table contestants and Roberto Spada leads the way amongst his countryman with 4,775,000.
