The £1,000 buy-in Dusk Till Dawn Monte Carlo main event, held at the eponymous club in Nottingham at the weekend, was won by Waheed Ashraf. He took down £68,000 for topping the 300-strong field in the £250,000 guaranteed main event.

There had been some worries about meeting the guarantee as an event earlier this year at the club had a £56,000 overlay which caused concern about the clubs future. However these were not reaslised.
