Two of the four young Germans facing trail for the robbery earlier this year at the European Poker Tour Berlin pleaded guilty today in a Berlin court according to Deutsche Walle.
They are charged with robbery and causing bodily harm.
One robber, a 21-year-old, being tried as an adult could face up to 15 years in prison while the other three 19- and 20-year-olds potential jail terms depend on whether the court decides to try them as juveniles or adults.
Prosecutors are demanding the maximum 10-year sentence allowed for juveniles for armed robbery and aggravated assault.
A ruling will likely be made in late July.
The thieves made off with €240,000 at EPT Berlin but were subsequently apprehended quickly and all but €4,000 is still missing according to reports (though these vary greatly).
