Some of Online Poker’s Big Names Among Five New Licensees in France

Full Tilt and PKR get French online poker licencesFullTiltPoker and PKR were among the latest round of online poker rooms to be granted a licence to operate in the newly regulated French market.

Five new poker licences were awarded by regulator Arjel yeterday and they were (operator – site):

Rekop – FullTiltPoker.fr
PKR France SAS – PKR.fr
AD Astra — pokersubito.fr
LB Poker – Barrierepoker.fr
Fullfun — pokerxtrem.fr

AD Astra and Fullfun will operate on the newly formed 888/Microgaming network which was recently awarded a licence but has yet to start accepting players.

These companies join a host of local and international operators now operating in the country.
