Neil Channing wins GUKPT LutonNeil “Bad Beat” Channing has won the £1,000 buy in Grosvenor UK Poker Tour Luton main event beating 228 opponents to take down the £64,050 top prize.

The former Irish Open winner got heads up with Adebayo Odetoyinbo at the G Casino in Luton, crippling him with A-K against 7-7 then ousting him shortly thereafter.

Jeff Kimber, ninth in the main event, won the largest side event at the festival, the 94-runner £500 no-limit hold’em freezeout, where he walked away with £14,570.
