Willie and Woody to Host Charity Poker Event

Willie Nelson and Woody Harrelson are hosting Willie & Woody’s All Star Texas Hold’em Charity Tournament on September 27 at The Hustler Casino in Los Angeles.

A cast of their celebrity friends will join them for the special no-limit hold’em event, featuring a $500 buy-in, with $200 re-buys and $100 for spectator seats.

Proceeds will go to the Sustainable Biodiesel Alliance, a nonprofit organization that educates the public on the value of biodiesel in sustaining social, environmental, and economic health.

Drinks start at 6 p.m., a buffet opens at 7 p.m., and the poker tournament and a silent auction will begin at 8 p.m.

One of the several items on auction is a signed Ovation USA Celebrity Deluxe guitar that Grammy-winning artist Ziggy Marley used on tour for a decade.
