Chris Schonbach Makes A Great Call
Feb 16, '14
On a board reading K 6 3 9 J, Chris Schonbach in the small blind was facing a bet from Jameson Singer, who was on the button. Schonbach thought about it for a bit before making the call.
Singer tapped the table, indicating that it was a good call. He tabled A-10 for just ace-high and Schonbach exposed pocket deuces, for the smallest pair possible.
The pair was good and he raked in a nice sized pot early here on Day 2.
Schonbach started the day with 110,900, which was enough to be among the chip leaders. He has been adding to that stack quickly today.
