Jul 14, '13
We caught up with the action on a flop of J 8 7. Barry Shulman checked, Giorgio Medici checked and a third player in the hand bet 600.
Both opponents called and the turn was the 10. Everyone checked and the river was the A. Shulman bet 5,000 and Medici moved all in. The third player folded and Shulman called off his last 6,000 or so.
Shulman showed pocket nines for a straight, but Medici’s K Q made broadway sending the Card Player publisher to the rail. Medici now has 42,000 in chips.
