Grandieri then raised to 60,000 total, only to have Olshan make it 110,000 to go. Grandieri made the call and the 7 hit the turn. He then check-called a 70,000 chip bet from Olshan. The river completed the board with the J. Grandieri checked again and Olshan took a look at his stack (he had around 100,000 or so left at a glance.) She then slid out another 70,000 bet. After some time in the tank he dropped in a pile of chips to signal a call and Olshan was only able to turn over the A10 for ace high. Grandieri held the A5 for bottom pair and a missed flush draw, but that was enough to secure the huge pot. He now sits with 535,000 in chips while she fell to 195,000. Olshan and Grandieri both tabled pocket queens and Caruso showed KJ. “One time,” Caruso said as the dealer prepared to fan the cards. Caruso indeed got his ‘one time’ when the K fell on the flop, along with the 4 and the 3. The board completed 310 and Caruso picked up a massive number of chips.
