Flight 1B: Dobrilovic Takes One Down
Feb 07, '15
With a flop of 1072 Tom Dobrilovic checked, as did Marsel Backa. The player in the cutoff bet 2,200 and Dobrilovic called.
Backa then raised to 5,700. The cutoff made the call, but when it got back around to Dobrilovic he quickly announced that he was all-in.
Neither of his opponents called and he took down the pot without showdown.

Flight 1B: Level 4 Updates
Feb 07, '15
Tom Dobrilovic nearly made day 2 on his first bullet, but found himself on the wrong end of an all-in pot with about 25 minutes left in the day. As such, Dobrilovic has now taken a seat in Flight 1B, and will try to last until the end of the night… for a second time.
Dena Pearlman joined the field. There had been some talk earlier in the day about the ladies event overlapping with the main event, but with four women currently seated in Flight 1B, it doesn’t look like it caused too much of a problem.
Bart Dowling fired bullet number two for the day after busting from flight 1A.

Updates from Level 5
Feb 07, '15
Chris Tryba, Tom Dobrilovic and Bart Dowling have discussed walking 26 miles. Tryba said he could not walk 26 miles all at once right now, but was sure if he trained for it, he could do it in about three months from now. Dobrilovic did not seem to think he would be up for a 26 mile walk at this time either, however Dowling seemed more convinced it could happen.
“Even if you are walking slow, like 22-25 minutes a mile. That would be slow,” Dowling said, seeming to imply if his tablemates took their time, the 26 miles would be doable.
We aren’t sure if Dowling was attempting to place a wager on this task, but it appears that if he was, Tryba and Dobrilovic were not biting.
Over on the other side of the tournament area, Greg Raymer was eliminated but quickly re-entered.
Elsewhere, former Card Player Poker Tour Foxwoods final tablist Brad St. Vincent scooped up a decent sized pot by moving all-in on the river. With the board reading J94 the small blind bet 500. St. Vincent called from the big blind and the two saw the 6 on the turn. The small blind checked and St. Vincent fired out 1,500. The small blind called and the dealer opened the 7 on the river. The small blind bet 2,500 but St. Vincent moved all-in. The shove was enough to force his opponent out of the way and St. Vincent scooped the pot. St. Vincent flashed the 2 as he stacked up his chips.

Tryba Flops Big Versus Dobrilovic
Feb 07, '15
With a board of KKJ5Q Tom Dobrilovic bet an unknown amount and Chris Tryba raised to 3,675.
Dobrilovic quickly announced a call and tabled the K10. His hand was second best, with Tryba flipping up the KJ for a flopped full house.
Tryba raked in the pot to rebuild his stack, which apparently had already taken a hit versus an opponent’s full house earlier in the day. He now sits with around 21,000.

Who's Who Early on Day 1
Feb 07, '15
Cards have only been in the air a short while, but the field is already filling up! The tournament clock reads 106 players, and first and foremost among them we have a former World Series of Poker main event champion.
Following the Chris Moneymaker boom, Greg Raymer won the 2004 WSOP main event and has been a permanent fixture on the live tournament poker scene ever since. Raymer has about $7.5 million in live winnings and that makes him one of the highest earning live players hailing from the United States.
Most recently (2012), Raymer went on a tear on the Heartland Poker Tour, snapping up four Heartland Poker Tour main event wins – one in July in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a second in September in St. Louis, Missouri, a third in October in Altoona, Iowa and an astounding fourth in November in Florence, Indiana.
We’ve also spotted East Coast regulars Dave Stefanski, Maurice Paridis and Tom Dobrilovic.
Card Player Poker Tour Season II preliminary champion Je Wook Oh is also in the field. Oh won Event 5: No-limit Hold’em Mega-Stack challenge right here at Foxwoods a year go for $46,252, which happened to be the second largest cash of his career.
Chris Schonboch, who racked up quite a few CPPT cashes during Season II, is here. Schobnach finished second at Foxwoods last year in the $600 no-limit hold’em and 12th in the main event. Schonboch then made a trip to the Caribbean and finished 5th in the CPPT Card Player Cruises main event.
Kevin Calenzo, the owner of two WSOP rings and just under $1 million in live earnings, has taken his seat among the field as well.
