Kong Li was all in with QJ but Alan Farber did him one better with pocket queens in the hole on a final board reading 1087J8. Li was eliminated in 17th place and took home $11,218 in prize money. Farber continues to cruise with close to 1.5 million.
Casey Diener open shoved from under the gun for his last 152,000 and action folded around to Kong Li in the cutoff who moved all in over the top. The blinds released and the hands were tabled.
Li showed AA and Diener was behind with 88. A brutal flop of AQ8 left Diener drawing to the lone remaining eight in the deck to stay alive. The board completed 910 and Diener made his exit as the 39th place finisher for $3,971.
