Nilson Takes One Down
Feb 14, '14
A player limped for 150 and two more called behind him before Paul Nilson checked his option in the big blind.
The flop brought out 4K8 and both Nilson and the limper checked to Kurt Lichtman who bet 350. Only Nilson called and on the turn the 3 popped up.
Both players checked, and did so on the 10 river as well.
“Ace high,” Lichtman announced and he mucked when Nilson showed 98 for a pair of eights.
Lichtman still sits on a nice 37,000-chip stack after this hand while Nilson is back up to 23,000.
