Malissia Zapata got the last of her chips in holding A-9 on a K-9-8 board and it was enough to top the 7-5 of Mark Meirkalns. Zapata was over 100,000 and she got the last of her chips in again a few hands later.
This time she held K-7 suited against the 10-2 suited of Mierkalns on a rainbow board that finished out A-K-2-3-6. After that hand she was up to 300,000 but was still in trouble with the big blind at 50,000.

Queen moved all in and Wheeler called with KQ. Queen flipped over AK and the turn and river fell 9Q. Wheeler won the hand with two pair and Queen was eliminated in eighth place.
