The flop came down J77 to give Monnette a full house. The 4 and K were not helpful to Zelikowicz who was eliminated. Monnette increased his stack to just under 50,000 after the hand. That hand put them both dead even at 2.6 million each. Monnette then went on to take a nearly 2:1 chip lead over Baker during the Omaha 8 round before Baker answered back and regained control in the Razz portion of the match. It wash’t long after regaining the chip lead for another time that Baker opened up his lead after winning a big Stud pot with a straight that put him over 4.4 million.
