Nick Schulman raised on the button to 75,000 and Wahlbeck reraised to 250,000 and Schulman made the call. Both players elected to draw just one card and Wahbeck moved all in. Schulman snap-called, rolling over the wheel, 7-5-4-3-2 for the nuts and a beaten Wahlbeck could only show 9-9-8-5-2 for a busted nine draw.

Wahlbeck has now finished 13th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st at this year’s WSOP and is most certainly in the lead for WSOP Player of the Year over two-time bracelet winner Brock Parker. He earned $172,864 for his brilliant performance.
