Heads-up play between Andreas Walnum and Steve Wong is underway.
 

Andreas Walnum Wins the 2006 Festa al Lago ($1,090,025)

75. Andreas Walnum limps in and Steve Wong checks.  The flop comes Kheart8diamond3club and Wong checks.  Walnum bets $75,000 and Wong folds.

76. Wong limps in and Walnum raises $175,000 more.  Wong makes the call and the flop comes KheartJheart2club.  Walnum bets $200,000 and Wong makes the call.  The turn is the 8club and Walnum checks.  Wong bets $400,000 and Walnum raises to $800,000.  Wong makes the call and the river comes the 5diamond.  Walnum moves all in and Wong makes the call.  Walnum turns over 2diamond2heart for a set and Wong shows Kdiamond4club as he mucks his hand. 

Steve Wong finishes the tournament in second place and earns $542,700.
