Leon Bui was crowned the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour Grand Final main event champion after topping a field of 207 including his heads-up opponent Nicolas Irving for the first prize of £144,905 plus a seat in the Champion of Champions tournament.
When the final two went heads up, Bui held 3.4 million and Nicolas Irving held 1.8 million. After a bit of back and forth, the final hand came, Irving with J-9 and Bui with 2-2. The deuces were enough to take it and Bui received the Grand Final trophy. Irving received £98,325 for finishing second.

The £2,500 + £125 Grand Final took place at the Grosvenor Victoria Casino in London and was the last GUKPT main event of the year. However, Bui will face other GUKPT champions in a special invite-only freeroll event this weekend in Coventry.
The Grand Final also concluded the points leader board, with the £20,000 first prize going to the top spot, David Johnson.
