Devilfish Gaming Directors Step Down

After Sale Of Devilfish Poker Directors Of Plc Step Down Leaving Cash Shell

Devilfish Gaming Plc has announced the resignation of two directors, CEO Paul Barnes and operations director Karl Hutson after the recent sale of Devilfish Poker to The Weather Lottery.

In a statement the company said the directors were stepping down “in order to rationalise director headcount and overheads of the company” before wishing them “success in the future.”

Devilfish Gaming Plc was listed on London’s PLUS market until it recently and now exists as a cash shell in search of an acquisition.
