The court dismissed his appeal against an earlier extradition ruling and Kidderminster-based Bebb-Jones now faces a life sentence or execution if convicted of the alleged murder in the U.S..

Bebb-Jones, who once shot himself in the head in a suicide attempt, owned a hotel with his wife before she went missing. Her skull was eventually found close to a park they had visited on the day she disappeared according to the Kidderminster Shuttle.
