Poker After DarkOn Monday night, NBC will premiere the first cash game of the season on Poker After Dark, pitting six of the world’s best players against each other in a no-limit hold’em contest.

The six pros scheduled to appear are David “Viffer” Peat, Howard Lederer, Phil Laak, Greg Mueller, Olivier “livb123” Busquet and Eli Elezra. Though the buy-in is set at a minimum of $150,000, players can rebuy or reload at any time. With blinds at $300-$600 with a $100 ante, that is sure to happen.

Peat, Lederer, Laak and Elezra are all veterans of the cash game format on Poker After Dark, but Busquet and Mueller are making their first ever appearance on the show. Mueller has two World Series of Poker bracelets to his credit and Busquet has a World Poker Tour title.

The match begins airing at 2:05 a.m. Monday, Feb. 7 and will continue for five consecutive nights in the same time slot. The “Director’s Cut” will air at 1:00 a.m. Saturday, right after Saturday Night Live. If you miss any of the action, you can catch up by visiting the show’s website at NBC Sports.
