March has been a wild month for the top contenders on the World Series of Poker Circuit all-time titles leaderboard, with many of the highest-ranked players on that list capturing rings in recent weeks.

Maurice Hawkins tied the lead at 18 by taking down the WSOPC Horseshoe Baltimore main event on Mar. 3. Later that week, Ari Engel broke that tie by securing his 19th ring online, claiming the top spot again.

One day after Engel’s record-setting victory, Daniel Lowery took down the first of two seniors events at the 2025 WSOPC Hard Rock Tulsa stop to earn his 17th ring. One week removed from that win, the sawmill owner and part-time poker player from Arkansas came out on top in the second seniors event to put himself in a tie with Hawkins at 18 WSOPC titles.

Lowery’s ‘Senior Sweep’ saw him top fields of 448 entries and 399 entries in the two $250 buy-in events, which were only open to players who were 50 or older. He took home $17,187 and $15,831, respectively.

“The three rings I won this season have all been in Seniors events,” Lowery noted to WSOP reporters.

“It means I’m two away from my goal. We’re not done, we have to get 20. Ari’s jumped out ahead of us, so I’ll try to get 20 first,” said Lowery, who is the second-highest earner in WSOPC history with more than $1.9 million accrued across 180 recorded cashes in gold ring events.

Engel commented on Lowery’s latest triumph on social media.

Several other top-ranked WSOPC regulars have also recently added to their ring collections, including Joshua Reichard taking down a $400 H.O.R.S.E. event for his 16th win on the tour and Corey Paggeot locking up his 11th via a $1,100 no-limit event at the same festival.
