The second annual Chad Brown No-Limit Texas Hold’em Championship wrapped up on Feb. 1 with Chad Brown himself sitting at the final table of the $5,000 buy-in main event. When action reached heads-up play, Brown was still alive with the opportunity to win his own event. But it wasn’t to be, as Corey ‘Comandr_Cool’ Burbick of Davie, FL., took out the tournament host to win the top prize of $101,070, the championship bracelet and a $7,500 package to a North American Poker Tour event.
A total of 70 players came out to Jacksonville’s Orange Park Poker Room in Orange Park, FL., to participate in the championship event. They created a prize pool of $324,100, and on the last day the final table featured an international mix of pros and amateurs. Notables included Burbick, Brown, Shaun Deeb and Ireland standouts Dermot Blain and John O’Shea.

1. Corey Burbick – $101,070 + $7,500 NAPT Package
