Event 6 – $550 No-Limit Hold’em
A total of 150 entries were made in event no. 6 of the inaugural Card Player Poker Tour Wynn Las Vegas, building a prizepool of $72,750. After two days of battling it out on the felt only one player remained: James Epner. For winning his first tournament title Epner earned $18,912 and 144 Card Player Player of the Year points. Dan Alspach made his 130th career tournament cash in this event, ultimately finishing sixth for $3,492 in prize money.

The largest buy-in of the CPPT Wynn so far drew 165 entries. A total of 32 survived to the final day, with the top 18 finishers among them making the money and a first-place prize of over $40,000.
A number of notables still remain in the event, including Tony Gargano, James Carroll, Phil Collins, Sorel Mizzi, Dana Kellstrom and A.P. Phahurat, who sits in third chip position with 159,000.
