A decade ago, at his first World Series of Poker, Jeff Madsen turned the poker world upside down with a summer performance that players dream about. Not only did he make four final tables, but he won his first two WSOP bracelets. Quite the feat for the then-21 year old, who was named the 2006 WSOP Player of the Year.

The Santa Monica, California native added his third WSOP win in 2013 and early Wednesday morning, he added his fourth bracelet, winning the $3,000 buy-in pot-limit Omaha eight-or-better event.

The tournament drew a total of 480 entrants, creating a prize pool of $1,310,400. For his victory, Madsen banked $301,413, the fifth largest score of his career. Madsen now has $4.9 million in total live tournament earnings.

Now 30 years old, Madsen joins an elite club of just 35 players with four or more bracelets. Other four-time WSOP winners include Mike Matusow, Huck Seed, Tom McEvoy, Tom Schneider and Amarillo Slim Preston.

“I think the competition is the most important thing to me,” Madsen said. “When I started out, I wasn’t thinking about winning 14 gold bracelets. If I just keep playing my game, I’ll rack up the stats.”

Other notables at the final table included bracelet winners Rami Boukai (3rd) and David “ODB” Baker (8th), along with Irish pro John O’Shea (6th). Michael Gracz (10th), Robert Mizrachi (12th), Eric Wasserson (13th), Taylor Paur (18th), Jonathan Duhamel (19th), Mike Watson (23rd) and Brandon Shack-Harris (26th) also made deep runs in the event.

Here is a look at the final table results.
