Card Player Gets Discreet at Palms This Weekend

Card Player's TV team will be at Hugh Hefner's Sky Villa at the Palms this weekend as a sponsor of one of the exclusive "Discreet in the Suite" parties. The party takes place Saturday.

The red carpet event will be attended by celebrities including Jessica Alba, Tara Reid, Chuck Liddell, Jessica Simpson, and Nikki Hilton. Card Player TV has been granted exclusive access to the party and will follow a select few poker professionals as they mingle with Hollywood's elite.

"We are thrilled with the opportunity to bring more "poker lifestyle" coverage to Card Player TV," stated Barry Shulman, Card Player Media CEO. "Through our partnership with Discreet in the Suite, poker players will gain access to national media and celebrity A-listers."

This isn't the easiest event in Las Vegas to get into.

For men, getting in requires approval and also a $2,500 fee. Women do not have to pay a fee to attend, but they must be prescreened prior to the event in order to get on the highly coveted guest list. Attending the events will be an eclectic mix of "Discreet" individuals and celebrities, sponsors, Palms VIPs, and invited guests.
