Upping the stakes is part of the routine of all poker players, so it is no surprise that this week's Poker After Dark will feature six of the biggest high-stakes pros who have agreed to play in the record-breaking $50,000 buy-in winner-take-all tournament.

The buy-in is a 150 percent increase compared to the standard $20,000 buy-in, creating an impressive $300,000 prize pool. The added pressure of having to win the tournament outright with huge amounts of money on the line will make for interesting poker action. However, the players featured in this week's tournament are many of the elite players who are regulars in the "Big Game," so they are used to playing for considerable amounts of money.

David Benyamine, Barry Greenstein, and Allen Cunningham have all competed in Poker After Dark tournaments before, but did not win their matches. They are looking to win their first title at the biggest buy-in tournament in Poker After Dark history. Jennifer Harman-Traniello and Phil Ivey are also competing at this table, but they are playing in an effort to win their second titles. Rounding out the table is Eli Elezra in his his first Poker After Dark appearance. Although he is mostly a high-stakes cash game player, his past tournament performances, including his recent World Series of Poker bracelet win, show that he is certainty a threat in any event he enters.
