High Five Series Returns To ACR Poker In March

The High Five has come early this year at ACR Poker, running from March 10-31. This time, the series will act as a feeder to the Venom event that is scheduled for April and is the site’s biggest tournament ever with a massive $12.5 million guarantee.

“We typically run the High Five in April as part of the humorous 420 theme, but this time it’s a lead in to the $12.5 million Venom,” stated ACR Pro Chris Moneymaker. “So, make sure you light up the tables and win one of 20 Venom seats in our Leaderboard Competition.”

Players who do well in the High Five will find themselves on the leaderboards (low – $1.10-$33 and high – $44-$1,050) competing for $53,000 in added value by ACR Poker.

The High Five series boasts $12.2 million in total guarantees over 220 tournaments, which breaks down to exactly 10 events per day. There is something on the schedule every day for players of all buy-ins, which range from as low as $1.10 up to $1,050.

There will be two main events on Sunday, March 31. The first is a $215 buy-in with a $500,000 guarantee, and the second is a $630 buy-in with a $1 million guarantee.

In keeping with the series theme, there will be a 10-minute “courtesy break” every day at 4:20 pm ET.
