World Poker Tour -- Legends of Poker Preview

The Bicycle Casino Plays Host to Final WPT Stop in L.A. for 2009

Bicycle CasinoThe 2009 Legends of Poker stop on the World Poker Tour begins at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 22. The $10,000 no-limit hold’em championship event will take place at the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, California. The event will last five days, and it will crown a champion on Wednesday, Aug. 26. Players will begin with 30,000 in tournament chips, and blinds will begin at 25-50. Levels will be 90 minutes long, and there will be a 15-minute break following each level. The Legends of Poker began on July 29 and includes 27 events. The tournament series will conclude on Sunday, Aug. 30. Be sure to check out all of the tournament results on the Legends of Poker page in Card Player’s tournament poker section.
