It was a good weekend for many of online poker’s most notable players. The biggest story came from Steve “gboro780” Gross, who extended his lead in the Card Player Online Player of the Year race by winning the $100 rebuy on PokerStars for $85,921. He now has $471,000 in online winnings for 2010 and is just shy of $3 million for his career.
Keeping pace was second-place resident Casey “bigdogpckt5s” Jarzabek, who won the Full Tilt Sunday Mulligan to pick up $58,124 of his own, bringing his 2010 online winnings to an impressive $343,000.
Other notables winners from Sunday included Adam “AKAT11” Katz in the UB $200,000 Guaranteed, Chris “Moorman1” Moorman in the Full Tilt Sunday Brawl, and Bryn “BrynKenney” Kenney in the PokerStars Sunday 500.
