Book Profiles 'The Devilfish' and Other British Poker Pros

Macmillan publishing has plans to release a book profiling the lifes of some of the top British poker professionals, anchored by a 20,000-word piece about David "Devilfish" Ulliott.

Swimming With The Devilfish - Under The Surface Of Professional Poker will be released in the United Kingdom June 16. Macmillan plans on releasing the book in the United States at a later date, but plans have yet to be solidified.

Des Wilson spent over half a year following the professionals around the European circuit and to Las Vegas for the World Series of Poker watching some of the best poker players in Britain do what they do best.

Dave Colclough, Willie Tann, the Hendon mob, and 30 other players are featured in the book. Wilson also writes about what it's like playing on the tournament poker circuit and chronicles the rise of poker in Britain.
