Chris 'Gettin Daize' Oliver Leads OPOY Race After WCOOPCasey 'bigdogpckt5s' Jarzabek Slips To Second Place |

As expected, the PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) produced a major shake up of the top 10 rankings for the 2010 Card Player Online Player of the Year race, but the biggest factor at the top of the leader board had nothing to do with the recent series.
Due to a spelling error, over 1,100 points were missing from Chris “Gettin Daize” Oliver’s profile. Once corrected, Oliver jumped to the top of the rankings and now sits 314 points above Casey “bigdogpckt5s” Jarzabek. Among the formerly missing scores for Oliver was a win in the Full Tilt $1K Monday for $83,500. Jarzabek was able to keep it a close race, however, by winning the WCOOP second chance event no. 6 and last week’s $150K Guarantee on Absolute Poker for a combined $106,057.
Aditya “Intervention” Agarwal also had a solid month, winning a $100 rebuy on PokerStars and making four additional OPOY cashes to move into third place overall. He’s followed closely by Canada’s kirbynator, who made WCOOP headlines for an online encounter with Daniel Negreanu in event no. 61, for which he went on to score a second place finish and $232,750.
Raj “BadcardsAA” Vohra also had a solid WCOOP run, finishing runner up in event no. 6 for $156,528. To date, Vohra has made the most money of any of the top 10 OPOY contenders with $1,198,755 in earnings.
The rest of the top 10 is rounded out by mralan2950 (tied for sixth), Chris “cdbr3799” Dombrowski (tied for sixth), Taylor “ambiguosity” Paur (eighth), Steve “gboro780” Gross (ninth) and Ross “zestfulyclean” Myers (tenth).
