Volen secured the final knockout of the day when he had over eight million in chips to runner-up Frank Lin’s roughly 1.2 million. Lin moved all in with Q9 and Volen called with AJ. A board of 6227A crowned Volen the latest winner on the CPPT. This was the CPPT’s second time at Hollywood Park Casino, with the first event being held one year ago nearly to the date.
