Jared Hamby Doubles Up A PlayerJul 19, '17 Jared Hamby is down to about 40,000 chips after losing an all-in hand with the AQ. Hamby was in the big blind and was up against a player in the cutoff who had the AK. About 25,000 from each player went into the pot preflop, and the runout of 7654K was of no help to the World Series of Poker bracelet winner. Hamby is a very accomplished poker pro with about $2.5 million in lifetime earnings. A cash in the CPPT Venetian main event would be his fifth in-the-money finish this year. Player Tags: Jared Hamby Javier Gomez KOs Jared Hamby In 50th ($11,837)Jul 20, '17 Jared Hamby was down to his last 59,000 and he moved all in from late position. Javier Gomez woke up with QQ in the blinds, and he was in great shape against Hamby’s J10. The board ran out KJ968 offering some hope but ultimately no help for Hamby, a Las Vegas-based poker pro. Gomez was up to about 360,000 after the hand. Player Tags: Jared Hamby |
