Table Mountain Casino and Bingo, located 16 miles northeast of Fresno and about an hour south of Yosemite National Park, is one of the premier gaming facilities in California's Central Valley.
Owned and operated by the Mono-Chukchansi tribe, Table Mountain Casino opened with bingo in 1986, and added poker and card games about five years later. Today, Table Mountain is a 24-hour-a-day operation, with 2,000 Las Vegas-style slot machines, bingo, and 41 gaming tables. The facility has an events center and a fine-dining restaurant, and is currently putting the finishing touches on a 1,200-space parking garage. By the end of the year, a new restaurant – seating 250 patrons – will be open for business, and a new buffet will debut in the spring of 2002.
Over the years, Table Mountain has developed wonderful relationships with many of its patrons due to its great hospitality, good food at great prices, and some of the best odds offered in the state of California. Blackjack players will find six-deck-shoe games with great rules, including dealer stays on all seventeens and doubling down after splitting permitted, as well as high maximum betting limits. The cardroom also offers great pai gow poker action, with three games offering high maximum betting limits with low collection/commission costs, and players may bank twice. Table Mountain also offers the game of Let it Ride Bonus Poker, in which a player hitting a royal flush can win up to $25,000 on his regular bet, plus an additional $20,000 for his dollar bonus bet. Other games offered are three-card poker and triple shot.
Table Mountain Casino has a nine-table poker room featuring great Texas hold'em action 24 hours a day, and daily specials like free breakfast for players and a $60 for $40 buy-in promotion (Monday-Friday only; players must be in by 9 a.m.; limited to the first 10 players). Other promotions include the high-hand bonuses, which are:
• Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m., $25 every hour
• Monday, 6 p.m.-1 a.m., $50 every hour
• Tuesday, 7 p.m.-2 a.m., three high-hand bonuses every hour ($100, $50, $25)
• Wednesday and Thursday, 7 p.m.-2 a.m., two high-hand bonuses every hour ($100, $50)
The poker room also offers bad-beat bonuses that start at $10,000. To qualify, a hand of aces full of tens or better must be beaten by any four of a kind (five players must be playing); both holecards must play. There is also a minijackpot that starts at $1,000 in which aces full of sevens or better must be beaten by any better hand (five players must be playing); both holecards must play. Another bonus offered is for a royal flush. Each suit of the royal flush starts at $1,000, and $25 is added daily.
Packed with Vegas-style gaming excitement, Table Mountain Casino offers all of the Vegas-style slot machines, including the classic three-reel slots and all the newest video slot machines, from 5 cents to $5.
Each week, thousands of people play in Table Mountain Casino's enormous bingo hall. Bingo is offered every Wednesday through Sunday, with huge jackpots and great prize giveaways.
