Peter McAdams has won the £1,070 buy in Grosvenor UK Poker Tour Manchester main event beating 206 opponents to take down £58,100 at the G Casino in the city.
The final table of the event featured last year’s winner Kuljinder Sindu as wells as World Series of Poker bracelet winner Lawrence Gosney.
McAdams got heads up with Dan Charlton but the duel lasted just a few hands as the players got all in on a nine-high flop with K-K against 9-8. McAdams pocket kings held and Charlton was left with just a handful of chips which he donated to his opponent in the next hand.
