Season six of the Unibet Open gets underway today on Copenhagen, Denmark today, Thursday March 7, 2013. It’s the first time the tour has passed through the Danish capital.
The €1,500 + €150 buy in main event at Casino Copenhagen has two day 1s and players start with 20,000 in chips and a one hour clock. Up to 300 players can be accommodated.
Players will also be offered a variety of side events including an Omaha flip championship, turbo pot-limit Omaha, hyper turbo no-limit hold’em and a bounty tournament.
The tour, known for selecting new and unusual destinations, will visit Tróia, Portugal; Cannes, France; and Riga, Latvia.
